This morning I was in my garden trimming and watering the flowering plants, as I do every day.  It always feels good to be in a garden surrounded by fresh air, sunshine, flowers and greenery, doesn’t it?  

But, this morning my thoughts were self-focused and intense.  As we all do sometimes, I was judging myself negatively.  Earlier, I had received a newsletter from a flower essence company that I have always liked, admired, and respected.  It glowed with positivity, joy, and inspiration 

Ironically, inspiration was the theme of my own upcoming newsletter.  But, in my newsletter, my approach as always, is to use a challenging moral life lesson 

That's because, unlike flower essence companies, we are highly adept at helping  purge and heal challenging emotional issues and trauma, as well as increasing self esteem and self empowerment.  Of course, we also offer 'feel good' products.  That's the final step and end result for which we're always aiming with our protocols.  If we only offered temporary 'feel good' essence fixes, like every other essence company, it would only be a whitewash over the dark stain of pain and trauma

And so I began to mentally beat myself up, assessing that lately the EF newsletters have been serious rather than positive or uplifting.  I began to blame the extreme challenges we have all have faced over the past 4 years, and how that has affected our collective outlook.  Oh how self judgment always becomes a slippery slope into negativity!

As I bent over a bright orange-red geranium, giving it a trim, I suddenly thought about a positive meeting the previous day with US Customs Trade Department officials.  It occurred to me that these gentlemen had acted and spoken with such great integrity and helpfulness that it had actually changed my point of view about the American government.  My heart began to swell with appreciation for their helpfulness

I thought about how often lack of integrity is the reason for failed relationships, failed governments, failed communications, failure in life, and even the cause of the recent pandemic

That’s because the basis for a lack of integrity is cowardice.  We fear the consequences, such as judgment, rejection, or criticism, or the loss of something we want or need, such as love, security, power, or money

Suddenly, I remembered that integrity is the main pillar of my life.  I am compelled to say and do what calls to my heart--what the universe wants to manifest through me at that time—not what is popular, or what I think others expect from me.  That does not always make for popularity or agreement.  But, it keeps me aligned with my soul

One thing I have learned as an Aquarian empath is that if I am feeling something out of the norm, or struggling with a personal challenge, it isn’t just me.  It is most often a collective experience I’m tuning into.  Others are very surely feeling the same way.  And that is why the universe nudges me to share a unique perspective that might shift people mentally

And so I share my experiences, life lessons, or perspectives in the hope it can help or inspire someone else who may be struggling.  What you choose to do with my perspective is not up to me.  I can't invest in the outcome.  You get to choose whether or not it is useful to you  

My heart leaped with joy at this empowering truth.  I felt happy and serenely balanced again.  As I stood up and walked away from the geranium I had been trimming, I felt the energy break suddenly, as though I had just walked out of a bubble 

It suddenly dawned on me that the plant had been ‘speaking’ to me the entire time!  Gently shifting my thoughts and feelings to bring my heart back home to self-truth, and to connection with Source.  As always, when communing with plants, I felt expanded, overwhelmed with joy, and so very grateful

That’s what spending time in a garden or a forest can do for you, too!  Plants are highly sentient.  After all, they are 700 million years more evolved than humans!  They see and read our energy field with photo-receptors that are identical to those on the retina of our eyes.  They communicate with one another, are highly empathic, and capable of making choices and decisions.  They can pick up the energy you emit by your mental and emotional state, and then choose to gently send out frequencies to modulate and balance your energy.  (Horses do the same thing, by the way)  

Plants are a miraculous aspect of Creator!  There is a reason why the dominant colour of nature is green.  The frequency of 528 hz (visible as the colour green) is the frequency of genesis! (creation)
